PENERAPAN PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN UNTUK MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI RT 03/04 BUNGAS KABUPATEN GROBOGAN

Abstract

Hypertension is not a communicable disease and is a major risk factor for stroke, myocardial infarction and chronic kidney disease is hypertension, where systolic blood pressure is 140 mmHg and diastolic 90 mmHg. The results of this study indicate that especially in patients with this condition. With minimal finances, of course the high cost of treating hypertension will continue to affect their mindset and increase anxiety. One of the ways to reduce anxiety is health education, the benefits of health education are to increase knowledge, awareness, willingness and ability of the community to live healthy. This study aims to determine the application of health education to reduce anxiety in patients with hypertension in RT 03/04 Bungas, Grobogan Regency. Research using descriptive method is a research method carried out with the main aim of making an objective picture of a situation. Descriptive with a case approach to moderate anxiety levels in patients with hypertension. The instruments used were anxiety level questionnaire sheets and SAP Health Education.
