Abstract

Abstrak

Latar Belakang : Window width semakin tinggi maka terlihat semakin kurang kontras.

Abstract

Background : The higher the window width, the less contrast will appear. Radiology Installation of Cepu Hospital, there are no standards yet, but in this case using a factory-set protocol. Objective : Getting the right ww with the best image quality Method : experimental research, variations ww 90, 95, 100, 105, 110. Data analysis with data normality test with the Kolmogorov Sprinov test. Normality test produced p> 0.05, said data were normally distributed. This test uses non-parametric statistics. Data is obtained from the same sample so that the research data is paired so that the difference test is suitable for Paired T Test. Results : highest anatomical univariate test ww 90, anatomy decreases when ww is raised. Different WW 100 tests were used in the Cepu Regional Hospital protocol with other WW variations. Different test using Paired T Test, the anatomical value of ww 90 of 22.9 is significantly different from ww 100 of 19.5. The mean difference between them by 3.4 can be calculated ww 90 can increase anatomical information by 17.44%. WW 95 and 105 produced values that are no difference. WW 110 yields lower anatomy of 18.9 compared to WW 100. Conclusion : WW 90 takes into consideration the standard protocol.
