HUBUNGAN ANTARA KUALITAS PELAYANAN KEPERAWATAN DENGAN KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUANG IBS RSUD KOTA SALATIGA
Abstract
The quality of nursing service is one of the successes in fulfillment of patient care. This research is using a descriptive analytic study method with a cross sectional research design. The sampling technique is using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling approach and the sample size is 40 respondents. Meanwhile, univariate analysis is to describe the characteristics of research variables into the form of a frequency distribution table, and bivariate analysis using the Non-Parametric (Chi-Square) test. Based on the results of the chi-square correlation test, it shows that the probability value is 0.002 or the p value is smaller than the α value is 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a relationship between the quality of nursing services with patient satisfaction in the Operating Room of the Salatiga’s General Hospital.References
