DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN KEPATUHAN MINUM OBAT PADA PENDERITA TBC DIMASA PANDEMIK COVID-19
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien TBC. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap dinamika hubungan kedua variabel secara bersamaan. Responden berjumlah 30 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan 23 pertanyaan yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data dianalisis secara univarate dan bivariat dengan rank spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan minum obat TBC dengan nilai p = 0,670. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat lebih meningkatkan dukungan anggota keluarga dalam keluarga yang berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan pengobatan pasien TBC.References
