Penerapan Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Terhadap Penurunan Kecemasan Pada Anak Pasien Covid-19
Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving deep breath relaxation therapy on reducing anxiety in children with Covid-19 patients.
Methods: This type of case study is a case study using a descriptive method with a case approach to children who experience anxiety due to exposure to the Covid-19 virus. Descriptive research is a method used to describe research results. The purpose of descriptive research is to provide a description, explanation, and validation of a phenomenon under study and non-pharmacological therapy (Muri Yusuf, 2014). The data will be analyzed using assessment and therapy to measure anxiety using HARS, and for deep breathing relaxation using SOP. Respondents in this study were 4 children who were self-isolating and experiencing anxiety. Respondents in this study were given a deep breath relaxation intervention 3 times a day.
Results: Based on the results of the intervention carried out, it was stated that deep breathing relaxation was very effective in reducing anxiety in children with Covid-19 patients.
Conclusion: There is an effect of deep breathing relaxation on the level of anxiety in children with Covid-19 patients.
