CORRELATION BETWEEN BULLYING AND LEARNING ACHIEVEMENT OF BULLYING VICTIM CHILDREN AT SMP N 1 BULU KABUPATEN REMBANG
Abstract
Background: Bullying is an activity that is carried out repeatedly by a student or group of students who have power. Based on the preliminary results that the researchers conducted on February 20, 2020 with the counseling guidance teacher (BK) interview at SMP N 1 Bulu Rembang Regency, 5 out of 10 students have experienced bullying, namely physical bullying, there are 10 children such as being hit, pushed, pinched and there are 20 verbal bullying such as being ridiculed and insulted even by using people's names. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between bullying and the learning achievement of children victims of bullying at SMP N 1 Bulu, Rembang Regency Method: This study is a correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with 30 respondents. The statistical test used is the non-parametric Rank Spearman test Results: In this study, the results obtained from the non-parametric test analysis, rank spearman p value = 0.000, which means that there is a relationship between bullying and the learning achievement of children victims of bullying at SMP N 1 Bulu, Rembang Regency Conclusion: There is a relationship between bullying and the learning achievement of children victims of bullying at SMP N 1 Bulu, Rembang RegencyReferences
