PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KENDALI MUTU PESAWAT SINAR-X DI INSTALASI RADIOLOGI RSI SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG

Menurut Kepmenkes No. 1250 tahun 2009, untuk menjaga kualitas dan keselamatan pelayanan maka kegiatan kendali mutu pada pesawat sinar-X perlu dilakukan secara berkala dan mempunyai nilai standar. Berdasarkan observasi, program kendali mutu pesawat sinar-X sudah dilakukan sejak tahun 2016 meliputi pengujian kolimator, apron dan focal spot. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui prosedur dan hasil analisis pelaksanaan program kendali mutu pesawat sinar-X di Instalasi radiologi di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang bulan Desember 2018 sampai dengan Agustus 2019. Subyek penelitiannya adalah pesawat Sinar- X, Merk GE XR6000 dan Siemens Luminous RF Classic. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Instalasi Radiologi RSI Sultan Agung Semarang sudah memiliki tim kendali mutu yang terdiri dari Fisikawan Medis dan Petugas Proteksi Radiasi, serta memiliki SPO dalam melakukan tupoksi. Pengujian kolimator dan focal spot hanya dilakukan setiap 6 bulan sekali. Sedangkan pengujian pada komponen yang lain dilakukan setiap 2 tahun sekali bersama rekanan karena keterbatasan alat. Pelaksanaan program Quality Control di Instalasi Radiologi RSI Sultan Agung Semarang belum berjalan secara maksimal. Sebaiknya tugas Tim kendali mutu melaksanakan semua tugas pokok dan fungsinya sesuai dengan SPO yang sudah dibuat. Jika diperlukan mengadakan kerja sama dengan vendor atau institusi pendidikan dalam uji kendali mutu.

Abstract

 

Background: According to the Minister of Health Decree No. 1250 of 2009, to maintain the quality and safety of services, quality control activities on X-ray unit should be done regularly and have a standard value. Based on observations, the X-ray unit quality control program has been carried out since 2016 including  collimators, apron, and focal spot.. Objective: Determine the procedures and results of the analysis of the implementation of an X-ray unit quality control program at the Radiology Department at Sultan Agung Semarang Hospital. Method: This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted at Sultan Agung Semarang Hospital in December 2018 until August 2019. The research subjects were X-ray unit, with the type GE XR 6000 and Siemens Luminous RF Classic. Data collecting by observation and interview. Result: The results showed that the Radiology Departmen of the Sultan Agung Semarang Hospital, have quality control team consisting of Medical Physicists and Radiation Protection Officers, who had Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in carrying out their duties and functions. Collimator and focal spot testing was done every 6 months. The other tests have done together with their partners every 2 years, because of they have limited equipment. Conclusion: Quality Control Program of General X-ray Unit at Radiology Department in Sultan Agung Semarang Hospital has not done optimally. Quality Control Team should have doing their job according to SOP. Suggestion: If needed, they can cooperate with the vendor or educational institution to do Quality Control Test.
