Abstrak

 

Instalasi gas medis merupakan salah satu perangkat penunjang dalam pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Ketersediaan gas medis merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting demi menjamin ketersediaan gas medis dalam suatu instalasi gas medis, sistem monitoring tekanan outlet tabung gas sangat diperlukan. Penempatan ruang instalasi gas medis biasanya jaraknya jauh dengan ruang operator sehingga dapat mengakibatkan terganggunya ketersediaan gas medis karena terlambat dalam mengganti tabung gas pada saat isi dari tabung gas medis telah habis, terutama untuk gas Oksigen.

Berdasarkan masalah yang telah timbul tersebut diatas , maka peneliti berkeinginan merancang suatu sistem yang dapat memantau ketersediaan gas medis dan menginformasikan kepada petugas gas medis dimanapun dan kapanpun, sehingga ketersedian gas medis akan selalu terpantau. Model sistem monitoring yang akan dirancang dibuat menggunakan pemantauan jarak jauh ( tele monitoring ) dengan memanfaatkan jaringan komunikasi telephon seluler, maka diperlukan sebuah modem yang bisa mengirim pesan kepada petugas gas medik, dimana sistem pengolah sinyalnya menggunakan Mikrokontroler Atmega328 (Arduino) yang digunakan sebagai moderator yang mengaktifkan modem untuk mengirim pesan kondisi ketersedian gas medis ke petugas jaga instalasi gas medis melalui pesan singkat ke nomor telepon petugas jaga.

Abstract 

Medical gas installation is one of the supporting devices in health services in hospitals. The availability of medical gas is a very important thing to ensure the availability of medical gas in a medical gas installation, a gas cylinder outlet pressure monitoring system is needed. Placement of medical gas installation room is usually far away from the operator's station so that it can result in disruption of the availability of medical gas due to being late in replacing the gas cylinder when the contents of the medical gas cylinder have run out, especially for Oxygen gas.

Based on the problems that have arisen above, the researchers intend to design a system that can monitor the availability of medical gas and inform medical gas officials wherever and whenever, so that the availability of medical gas will always be monitored. Monitoring system model that will be designed is made using remote monitoring (tele monitoring) by utilizing cellular telephon communication network, so we need a modem that can send messages to medical gas officials, where the signal processing system uses Atmega328 Microcontroller (Arduino) which is used as a moderator Activate modem to send medical gas availability condition messages to the guard officer of the medical gas installation via a short message to the guardian's telephone number.
